I was looking at the rear tailgate lights. I assume you got one that plugs into a standard 4-pin trailer wiring plug. If so, did you make an extra connection for reverse lights. Was wondering how that connection would be made.

 

Yes, and I connected the reverse lights and it was super easy. I tapped the wire right off the harness that is hidden away under the cover beneath the car. That is the harness that you plug your trailer harness into and they all have it. I will have to check, but I think it was the yellow/black wire. I can take a look after the Nor'easter blows through my area... It was super simple.
