Can't decide if I should line the bed or just start scratching it up now and get it over with. What is everyone thinking?
Had my Limited for three days - THREE DAYS! - and slid a seven-foot long cardboard box containing a plastic garden trellis over the tailgate and it scratched the plastic top edge of the tailgate! : (

Given how soft the plastic of the bed seems to be, I'm thinking you can cover it with Kevlar and it's still gonna get scratched. So my advice . . . it's a truck, it's gonna get scratched, treat it like a band-aid and just rip it off and get it over with, and save yourself $150 + shipping.

Ended up with an Access Mat.
Product Automotive exterior Wood Gas Trunk

It is a 2-pioece mat that allows the bed trunk to function normally. Marine type carpet on top sandwiched with rubber underneath and about 3/4" thick. Very nice!
