^^^ALSO! Took my rear headrest off and put them in a plastic trash bag and hide them under the driver’s side rear passenger seat for when I need them. So far 8 months later never took them out of the trash bag.

Plus, I don’t have that little ugly non functioning sliding window. My rear view is unimpeded!

Gusto!
An opening rear truck window is actually very functional if you're someone who refurbishes and remodels homes and does yard work or installs your own yard irrigation systems.
It's great to have for carrying really long pieces of thin wood, moulding, baseboard, PVC or other tubing.
If you have a canopy on a truck, a sliding back window is valuable to have for keeping long items dry during drives in rainy or snowy weather in case you need to keep them dry and clean for painting or staining.

I thought the Jeep Gladiator had a tiny useless rear slider, until I met my SC. In 16 months I've only opened mine twice, and then only to eliminate wind buffering from the open sunroof. Opening the rear passenger windows would do that too, but then the rear seatbelts flutter. Oh, well !

Electric rear sliding window would be great but I'll blame the lack of one on the chip shortage time frame and not Hyundai being cheap...but we all know it's just Hyundai being cheap lol

Removed them on day 2 of ownership - between the stupid tiny sliding window and the head rests rear visibility was very obstructed :( this weekend I start towing so the real challenge begins. The cameras will help but once the boat is hooked up the backup camera in the tailgate becomes a full screen view of the bow and nothing more. If its really bad I plan on installing a backup cam near the 3rd brake light so I can see over the bed with the whole trailer in the picture ideally.
Let us know how much weight you are towing and what kind of mileage you get towing.
Thanks

It never occurred to me that opening the rear slider might reduce noise from the moonroof - thanks, I'm going to give that a try!

Be aware when you open the rear window, it creates a vacuum and sucks air, debris, etc. into the cab. To stop that vacuum you need to open the sunroof or rear side windows to allow air to pass through the cab.
