You have to go into the settings for the instrument cluster. I've disabled the 'link to drive mode' then select Cube from the list of options. (Classic A, Classic B, Classic C, Cube)
Lots of interesting asides from Peter, the presenter. I never would have guessed that the driver profile settings are not tied to key the fobs, and would have wasted a lot of energy trying to figure out what was wrong!
His remarks in the comments also explained some of the feature differences that are found between US and Canadian models -- basically, it's because of patent restrictions.
