Hyperdip. This is a pretty good thread about how to do it. If I had the extra time and money, I would probably remove the grill/bumper and just have it professionally painted. But Hyperdip works well for a DIY project.Is the grill painted? If so, info please
One other installation note: you also want to get some rubber sheeting and make a gasket that sits between the t-slot area and the base of the cross bar mount. The slot area is slightly lower that the top of the bed wall. This does two things, levels the mounts so they don't lean in, and also protect the plastic on next to the t-rail slots.Found them on Amazon. Thanks for the heads up. These are the crossbars I want.
