Rattling noise in rear end

For the past few months I’ve noticed a plastic-y rattling noise coming from the rear end. It only happens on occasion and it has to be a certain type of bump in the road to make it rattle, and it’s more noticeable at lower speeds. I checked to see if I had anything in the rear to make the noise but there’s nothing. It sounds like a bag of red solo cups rattling (that’s the best I could describe it as 😅). Does anyone else have this problem?

Went to the dealer today and did a ride along with a tech. He definitely heard it and said that he just dealt with a similar problem on a customer’s Tucson. He told me that he could likely get an order of replacement shocks, but needed to check if there was any visible evidence of a faulty component. They called me back up after it was in the service bay and said everything looked fine, with the exception of my hitch wobbling in the receiver (that is completely normal and happens). He said it’s likely because it’s an aftermarket tow hitch (I told him it was a genuine OEM part from a Hyundai store) and I told him the sound was present even before that hitch. Anyway, they told me to come back if it gets worse (which they told me the same thing months ago) and as I drove away, I stopped, took the hitch out the receiver and as soon as I started driving again, the plastic-y rattle was still there. Not sure what to do at this time.
