This is a good example of a more conventional looking midsize unibody truck.
Interesting how they slanted the front of the bed to follow the shape of the rear seats and maximize the length of the bed floor. That's something Hyundai could also do, or leave the room inside the cab for storage behind the rear seat.
That looks like a great truck. Good styling, looks capable. Not sure how well it would do in NA though. It doesn't fit in with the trucks that are sold in NA.

I suppose it would, but I rarely see those anywhere. I guess I was talking about the trucks that I see around often. I don't think this truck fits in with those. Perhaps that just my anecdotal evidence though.

This was too cool not to share, even if it was just a part of the April fools shenanigans. This 'new' subcompact truck comes with 1.5l 4 cylinder providing 103hp and 112lb-ft of torque. While I know Toyota isn't serious about developing something like this, maybe they should be. Can't help but...
The next generation Sonata will debut at the 2019 New York Auto Show this April. Some seem to think that the Le Fil Rouge concept may have previewed some of the new styling updates, but this would be a huge revision. For those who haven't seen it, its a very futuristic looking sedan.
