This should fit (though I haven't checked all the measurements). I think it has the right kind of look to go with the SC as well. I've seen it mounted on Crosstreks and it looks good.

Yes.. Hands down the best rack I've owned.. Heavy steel.. fist perfectly

I've installed the Harbor Freight rack as well; got it two weeks ago for $99 and bought a can of spray on truck bed liner from Amazon for $14. Looks great!! Probably will get a second basket for the front rails. Need baggage / cargo carrying capacity for cross country trailer adventure.
