Yours doesn't look correct. Here's mine with Fahren LEDs at 3 and 9 o'clock.

You've gotta use a headlight bulb that has a decoder and/or resister that comes with it. Otherwise, your bulb isn't drawing enough current and they can't handle the pulsing DC current the truck is sending to it to check for bulb out conditions. The Fahrens I was using were like $60 for the pair. Can't use the cheaper models with a fan only.
