I did not want to pay extra money for the hard tonneau cover and lose precious bed space. I found a vendor that sells a soft tonneau bed cover that fits great.

I bought it and it should be delivered today. how do the rails connect to the bed? i watched the install video they have on the website, but the components in the video don't look like they would work for the santa cruz.

It took me about an hour to do the install it’s a matter of removing a couple of the bolts that are already attached to the bed. When you get it in and if you have any other questions I can give you my contact information and I can help you with it.
