You. and use a hair dry too. Just becareful not to get the plastic lens to hot. Caution is big word here.

 

It's fairly common, and nothing to worry about. The moisture is under the clear outer lens, and not inside the lamp assemblies, so it won't cause a short.

Personal experiece: The easiest solution is to park outside in the open sun, with the rear facing south. The sun will evaporate the moisture...
